OUR VISION
The vision of Hmong of Oakland County Association, Inc. is to be a leader in the State of Michigan in preserving and maintaining the ethnic Hmong culture, their arts, history, and language.
Elementary School in 1973 in Long Cheng Neung, founded by General Vang Pao.
Moung OA Neung 1983, A Hmong village near Moung Cha, Laos.
The City of Pontiac, Michigan, heart of Hmong of Oakland County Association.
